Flor Sparkler

1.5 oz of Flor de Caña Rum
2 oz of champagne or prosecco
¾ oz of fresh lime juice
¾ oz of simple syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters  

Add ingredients to a champagne flute and top with prosecco, garnish with mint and raspberries.

Flor Fashioned

2 oz Flor de Caña 12 Rum
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 oz cranberry simple syrup
orange wedge
ice
3 cranberries

If desired, rim glass with sugar. Crush (don't muddle) the cranberries in a glass. Add rye and simple syrup. Top with bitters and stir. Add ice. Garnish with an orange slice and more cranberries if desired.
